Darcie's Mews Housing A backlands development of 4 detached houses designed by Crawford Partnership Architects. The land was formerly unused lockup garages sandwiched behind streets of Victorian houses. The contemporary black stained timber boarded homes are constructed with basements to enable 3 levels within each home that remain lower than the surrounding period housing. The houses are designed as smart homes and provided with green sedum roofs and photovoltaic panels.
