BLACKWATCH PERSONNEL!     It's well known by us all by now that the public eye is upon us.  They cannot be asked to understand why this is how it must be.  You may be tempted to justify yourselves to their eyes, but allow us to make our stance abundantly clear on this!     We are not here to make friends!  We are not here to coddle civilians!  We are here to stop this outbreak, and that is all we are here to do!  The civilians don't have to understand that.  They can't.       We do what we must, because are the only ones who can.     We will burn our own to hold the Red Line, and that is how it must be.     DO NOT ENGAGE CIVILIANS UNLESS NECESSARY.     DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.     DO NOT ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS.     DO NOT ENGAGE.     That cannot be stressed enough.     Do your job.  Do what we were put here to do.     That is final.
