@blairscorned — Hilda & Edelgard ( starter call )
Hilda knew she’d follow Edelgard to the ends of the earth. That was never a question. She was certain that nothing would test her resolve.
There was something weird, however, with the way she’d told Hilda that she wanted to talk. She was certain Edelgard wasn't about to break up with her, even though she knew Hubert wasn't fond of Hilda. She was glad that Edelgard didn't seem to listen to him when it came to Hilda.
She agreed to meet Edelgard just a little past the monastery grounds, where there were no guards, and students and staff were unlikely to find them. The mystery was usually sexy when it came to Edelgard, but this time, it was kind of creeping Hilda out. She held herself as she waited. It was cold outside - it didn't help that it was the middle of the night. As soon as she heard movement, she gasped in relief.
"Jeez, El, were you gonna make me wait all night?" she said. "Couldn't we have met up somewhere warmer? My room is warm and private." It wasn't that private; she could hear what her neighbours were doing. No doubt her neighbours could hear Hilda, too.
@blairscorned — from here
Lorenz had a speech prepared. He was going to talk about her noble bloodline, crests, and other such nonsense that would only ever interest Lorenz. Then, he would ask for her hand in marriage. Yes, she had insulted Gloucester, but he would forgive that transgression. She may have been the best candidate for marriage he had met in his long life.
His speech was halted by Constance being not quite herself.
“Constance? What has happened? I-” He had seen this before. He didn’t know why her mood was low then, nor why it was low now. “I would have assumed your spirits would have heightened in the presence of fellow nobility. Should I go and find Ferdinand? Perhaps with his snacks and my tea, we could elevate your mood.” He would say to something more pleasant, but that wasn’t quite it either.
“Where is all of this coming from? Where is the Constance that would yell about House Nuvelle being a stone’s throw away from restoration?” He recoiled from her. “I entered into this conversation expecting rejection, but this is certainly an entirely new approach. I do not mean to step on your toes with your house, and I do believe it can be restored - as you usually believe.”
What could have possibly changed?

"I think that your poetry is very unique and you should keep composing. You're talented, Lorenz." Byleth encouraging pain-
Lorenz had spent the past hour sharing his poetry with Byleth. Not many had sat through more than one poem, especially after talking about the inspiration for each one. But, there they sat.
Here they're still sitting, encouraging him even. He tilts his head in confusion for a moment, before collecting himself. "Of course, one does not become the future heir to Gloucester without a few talents. Not only skill in combat or leadership, but in the arts too. I must be well-rounded."
He looks down at his poetry. Yes, it's perfect. "Perhaps I will write my next poem about you."
