i know people are all bent out of shape about  o this season. but i love her character in this ep a lot. i love that we get to see that she not an emotionless stone figurehead. but that she’s hurting and regretting and mourning.

okay  ,          i gotta say a thing  .          mal          (   aka @bldreina​   )         is one of the         best          fucking people i’ve had the         privilege         of knowing on this freaking hellsite  .         i’m         so         serious  .         mal  ,         there is no one i can rely to have kind words and encouragement the way i can with         you  .         whenever i’m feeling down you’re         there for me  ,         but even more than that you’re just there         all the time  .         not just when i’m down but         every day         with kind words and unconditional love which i am         so blessed         to have  .         you are so         wonderful         &         strong  ,         and when you’re going through things you’re always able to explain the problem and accept help without dragging anyone else down or causing more drama and i         admire         it          so much  !         you are such a freaking         badass  ,         and when it comes to understanding and working with a character you are         the gold standard  .         the way you write octavia         knocks          me off my ass  ,         you breathe life into her and don’t deny her shortcomings  ,         instead you          explain          them  ,         analyze them and predict what’s coming next  .         your         talent         is         unspeakable  ,         in terms of writing as well as graphics  .         you create such         beautiful         things and i admire it         &         you so         so much         honey !         <3

                    niylah pauses, unsure of what to say at first. she isn’t entirely sure what octavia’s reaction will be, and her actions are simply out of habit. it’s not the first time she’s taken and worn an item of clothing that isn’t hers, but octavia is a special circumstance. ❝maybe.❞ she leaves the word hanging, trying to gauge octavia’s reaction just by looking at her. ❝is that okay?❞   /   @bldreina
