Rubs me the wrong way that Zara gets Liams old bodyguard yet Louis didn’t even have one for himself!
i’m gonna say this as gently as possible: some of you are really out here looking for things to be mad about.
this is what you take from that?
that man wasn’t hers. he was there to protect the entire group. louis’s former bodyguard — who was also a trusted friend — retired a while ago. he’s needed someone like this on the team, especially with how chaotic things have been lately.
and without getting into what happened with liam (because a lot is still ongoing and it’s not my place to speak on it), what i will say is that this man more than proved his loyalty to his former employer. louis bringing him on now says a lot. (in this house we hate roger nores)
just because zara happened to be around at the same time doesn’t mean the hire was for her. and even if it was, can you really blame him after what happened to eleanor in 2017? i don’t love the stunting either, but the last thing i want is for anyone to be put in danger.
some things are just about basic human safety. not PR. not optics. just safety.
