I've never been a coffee drinker, but I fell in love with iced 'Cambodian Cappuccinos' on my trip. ☕ A strong brew served on ice with milk and simple syrup (or condensed milk), it's edgy with a slightly chocolaty aftertaste. Deeelicious, and a great way to wash down a spicy meal. 👌 #blehinCambodia (at Siem Reap)

At my first Cambodian cooking class with Chef Sokha of Malis in Siem Reap, we learned how to make 3 delicious Khmer recipes, and also that I have really rubbish knife skills. 🙈 Luckily, I had help from some lovely ladies at Malis, and didn't end up losing any fingers! 😂 More to come #ontheblog, soon. #blehinCambodia (at Malis Restaurant Siem Reap)

🌅This morning was all about the *drama* as we reached Angkor Wat at the crack of dawn, only to have rain and grey skies greet us.
