for the last few days ive been thinking about what happened to kyoani a lot and how it sucks so here's a little nod to a kyoani work that left a great impression on me as a teen: the disappearance of haruhi suzumiya. i watched it with 0 context but i still loved it. the animation was great and all that but what i loved the most out of the movie was the damn pacing and the little details they put in; i still clearly remember the little tag that kyon's scarf for some reason. so thank u kyoani staff for making these wholesome lil things bless them :')
