Farrier day for my 3 year old filly

First time she's let me trim her back feet in one go!

Forgor to get before photos, but her toes were long and heels were shorter since she likes to slide stop in her pen when she has the zoomies.

Only kicked me once! (Fetlock got me in the cheek, but I'll live)

She does like the stand! (Which is very good for my back and knees)

(She's not in pain, I think she's eating something? Her eyes and ears aren't angry or showing signs of pain, if they were, I wouldn't be riding. Still don't know what she's doing, this was almost a month ago and I've ridden her a bit since in the same arena and same patterns.)

A smoll skeleton and ecorche in progress. This has been sitting for actual years unfinished, ribless. I drew the ribs after work, and now I can start adding muscles.

My newest blm mustang had her first dressage show today. Absolutely blew me away. She’s been in captivity for 6 months, and has only been under saddle for about 3 months. She’s going to be a force to be reckoned with.

This little horse is just over one year out of the pens. I'm so blessed to have such a quiet, smart, and talented mustang. Her first show of the year, and we placed in every class, even winning 2 English eq classes. Love my wild mustang.

Bath time on a 95 degree day. Tomorrow is crazy mustang's first show since last August. I can't believe it's been a year since I got her out of the pens. I love this horse. We're doing showmanship, English eq and pleasure, western eq and pleasure, and trail.
