Because she's just not that important to them? Chas storyline must have cost extra money - hiring the abortion clinic and the extras to fill it. Likewise with Aaron/Jai/Ross's counselling. Rebecca is nothing to them. But it leaves a lot of holes.

yeah that’s what i mean - they don’t give a fuck about rebecca... yet the Incident/pregnancy/baby stuff was planned from the very start. I don’t get why they went *there* with robron and rebecca if they don’t care about her and make it all about Robert/robron. if they wanted to give robron a baby there were other ways to do it that wouldn’t have involved pissing off a lot of robron fans.

and even right now - we see Robert feeding Seb on screen, at home, in the Mill, we see Aaron out and about with him in the village and in the pub, we see roblivion hang out with him in the pub... right after he was born, rebecca constantly left the room to go feed him and in monday’s ep he was (apparently) with his mum and his auntie vic... but we only see Rob stressing about a teddy bear.
