This happens to me sometimes too and I don't know why. I just hate it because sometimes I don't notice it's happened until I'm in live mode to play and there's a gaping hole above my Sims' head.

Yeah, that’s what really drives me nuts: the in-game pictures with a big hole. I almost always go and fix it but depending on what you’ve got above, it can turn into a massive pain in the ass!

That's why I don't paint my ceilings unless necessary.

If you don’t paint them, they behave properly??? Really? I suppose I’ve never noticed but I don’t always paint the ceilings either. Never connected the dots!

Thank you! It started in a studio and then moved to a picnic and kinda exploded. lol  I had a couple of quotes from that book in mind.Have you read the sequel? I’ve heard it’s amazing.

It’s an afghan I crocheted over a decade ago. It currently keeps me from getting frost bitten toes at night. Ha!

Thank you for asking! I love talking about my characters, because there is a lot that doesn’t really make it into the stories.

I don’t like to go on and on about how I was broken in childhood, but I came out of it with a great need to be neither a burden on any one, nor to accept anyone else’s burden. It was a very long journey to get to the point where I can accept help from anyone, or admitting to need. But I still cannot imagine myself in the position of a parent.

As much as Stiane was always meant to be a parody of myself, I kind of dumped everything dark about myself into Justin, and I really understand him better than any of my other characters, and I can find his voice the most readily.
