It had been days, soaked to the bone as a tall blonde trudged on through the wilderness for what seemed like hours. A field miles long filled only with green grass, blue skies and mountains as far as the eye can see; that was what she was in search for. She couldn’t fly, no-no, she could not. the winds were too horrid, and shifting into air itself would be too much of a risk. No, she had to stick this one out, specifically through this torrential rain.
An umbrella lay waste a few miles back, it useless in this weather. Just to make it worse, the only time she slid her feet and she tripped on a root, planting face-first on the muddy ground. A scrambled to her knees and she let out a frustrated scream before producing fire from rain on her hands, throwing a violent fireball at an oak that could well be over one hundred years old... only for it to be put out by the rain.
Admitting defeat she trudged over to said tree, grabbing a large stick off of the ground. A few shakes of it and it became a sword, moving to sit against the wet bark of the tree she sat their hunched- stabbing the sword into the ground. A precaution as predators roamed these mountains. Even in rain such as this they could hunt, and it seemed she’d have to wait the intense storm out.
“Just my luck... go to find a nice secluded place to build a life and it fucking RAINS THE ENTIRE GODDAMN TIME!” she moved her head up, yelling at the sky before thumping against the bark as she slumped back. Gaze pointed sternly towards the hovering branches and sky, large globs of water dropped onto her face as the wind chilled her; she made no response, only glaring as if internally scolding nature.
