While her wounds from the previous event has fully healed, the new collection to her bodied scar is just another reminder of her failure in avenging her family. She’s pissed if her expression on her face is anything to go by. Normally, Corvus is really good at keeping her emotions in check but the stars and her sister...THEY truly test her willpower. She places her hand over her right arm, where the scar is. 

“...Maybelle.”

Luckily, her thoughts on her own sister is put to a halt when she notices another presence. Enemy or foe? She’s not sure, but she has her sword with her just in case.

       “ you’re a...new model of bot. ” new to it, rather. the design was vaguely similar to certain constructs in its world, but not in a way that made murderbot able to guess what his exact function was. it frowned behind its mask, unsure if that made it uncomfortable or not - when there were so many things here that it didn’t understand anyway. “ ...there aren’t too many bots or intelligences here. ” then again, murderbot didn’t really go out of its’ way to look for them, either.

          “ well, shit. ” it murmured under its breath in frustration. apparently this - whatever-it-was - with the flowers affected the non-organic, too. until now, it had been under the impression that it might only affect those with more flesh and blood to them, rather than circuitry and reinforced metals. but more reports flooded into its comm feed stating that all the inhabitants of the city - biological and mechanical ( and ... otherwise ) were falling under the flowers’ sway, regardless of whether they had blood or not. ( well. this other bot had that, at least - blood - but somehow that didn’t really help with easing murderbot’s nerves at all. )

          “ i wouldn’t get too close. to the flowers or to me. ” murderbot warned the other bot - one it had met briefly before. realizing that its words might have been construed as a threat or provocation, it waited only a brief moment before clarifying. “ i’ve been exposed to the spores, and you probably aren’t immune to them. ”
