i think that probably has something to do w it but idk what kind of vitamins i could possibly be missing out on by cutting breads and refined sugars. im eating way more meat and veggies than before. i do think its the toothpaste, whenever i have one it seems irritated after i brush my teeth and theres a chemical called Sodium Lauryl Sulfate that can cause allergies and is connected to canker sores
maybe after i just cut out most of the preservatives and chemicals in the stuff i eat my body was like “hey hold on this shit you’re brushing your teeth with isn’t right” and i developed a sensitivity to it?
actually i did cut out dairy too so i probably need more calcium i should take vitamins
not really except i was playing acnl and i was catching a ton of pill bugs so they were lining my pockets and i was just thinking about that situation
