Blue waterfalls very close to Palenque
The area of the waterfalls is a protected area with international recognition for its impressive white and blue waterfalls, a color that is given thanks to the interaction of the salts that are dissolved in the water and the stone that gives rise to the river, is one of the landscapes most beautiful in the Mexican Republic ideal for practicing photography, swimming in pools that form natural pools and other outdoor activities, don´t hesitate to walk around this reserve to be amazed by its excellent natural settings, because this area is usually very high in rains and because of that complicates its blue tones, which is why it is advisable to visit it during the winter and spring, which is when the blue and turquoise tones are purer in its waters.
