DEMA: Yes of course! The most important thing to remember is to love yourself! Practice self-care! Because you are a very important and wonderful person! Sometimes that's a bit hard to do and that's okay. Just remember that the now is only temporary, and whatever is making you sad or upset it will pass eventually. You will be happy again. I can promise you that.
ZEMA: I'm feeling down or bad about myself almost all the time. I have coping mechanisms however. My advice would be to let out your feelings in a healthy way, for example, I like drawing, sometimes I draw all over the walls if I have to... but everyone gets mad when I do that. Dema tells me I need to accept myself for who I am if I want to be happy, and I haven't quite done that yet, but I'm getting there, and that's okay. You should be proud of even your small victories.
