Introducing the very first 'Taters - and blue taters, at that! - that I've EVER grown! I know they look purple, and they kinda are, but the inner flesh is deep, purple-blue. I'll be honest, it makes for some funky looking Potato Salad, but the flavor is what makes these so amazing to me.
