Here’s my third version on how to rock the #BlueTrend for 2020! I started with a #blueeyeshadow added a #greeneyeshadow over it and now use #geleyeliner to create a smoky eye. *You can use black eyeliner but not liquid unless you’d like to use it as a cat eye effect at the end. Gel and pencil are easy to diffuse, just blend as soon as you put it on so that it doesn’t dry and add more layers until you get the desired all over depth. ENJOY! 💙 PS.
