It has to be trick or treat ready so I used a fabulous glow in the dark polish, 'Floo Powder' from @spellbound_nails! I used it to do a pond mani on my two middle fingers and layered 'Floo Powder' between layers of these ghostly hands from @bundlemonster BM-XL28 that I got from my amazing swap girl Amy @theglassesandthenails!
