Enter DEMIURGE, a world of cannibals and carnivores where it's kill or be killed and you must evolve or die.

Centuries before, a mutagenic plague consumed the world, becoming the very planet itself. Today we see the bizarre environments and inhabitants that dwell in the body of the Demiurge, all struggling to survive another day.

Cthulhu mythos/Delta Green canon for Cecil...

A ghoul, a creature of the night, one of the foul eaters of the dead, wearing the skin of man and walking among them. Cecil Meyer is a dangerous man, but prides himself in that while he may be wicked, the things he deals with are worse.

The ghoul den he was born into was raided by Delta Green- while surviving the extermination, he was left alone in the world and it... was not kind to him. He's been hardened and fashioned himself into a weapon and an avenging angel. Time is a flat circle, and he was picked up by former Delta Green members to work with them as a "friendly"- now witnessing for the dead, tracking down eldritch monstrosities, and bashing in the brains of MAJESTIC agents.

Fatalistic with many strange ideas and philosophies on death and existence, though he doesn't like to present himself as having deeper meaning, preferring to present as an aggressive and mouthy shitkicker. He is of a bloodline that has been doomed or blessed by the charnel god Mordiggian, granted the special ability to witness for the dead: by consuming the flesh of the deceased, he can astrally visit the scene of their demise.

IN THE DAYS BEFORE THE GREAT WAR, SCIENCE WAS AT ITS BRIGHTEST. THE BRIGHTEST OF THOSE MINDS IN BIG MOUNTAIN WAGED THEIR OWN WAR, OF EVER STRETCHING THE LIMITS FOR THE BENEFIT OF MANKIND. BUT HOW FAR WAS TOO FAR? SCIENCE DEMANDS INNOVATION, AND THEY DECLARED WASTE AND NEGLECTED POSSIBILITIES THE ONLY EVIL. WHEN THE BOMBS DROPPED, THOSE MINDS WENT SILENT, DORMANT, AND WERE YET ANOTHER PART OF HISTORY BEST FORGOTTEN.
