This time of year guys start to panic for Q4 and because it’s end of year tax season. One of my good customers told me yesterday that it’s also the time of year when guys start to shop for a new salesman. Why? If I provide enough value to my customers; what reason would they have to shop around for a new guy? In my world I sell quality products and I sell them at fair pricing. Not only that, but my customers get “me”. I’m not being cocky here, but I’m confident in myself because I have spent over twenty years learning how to take care of my customers; I’ve been empowered to go over and above expectations, and I do it willingly. Now, Whether customers choose to utilize my time, my experience and want my loyalty, is their call. I want customers to feel like I’m part of their team. That I’m worth paying the higher dollar figure because I’m their asset, a resource, an investment for their future.
