It’s Sunday! And that means It’s time for another #WeeklyIllustratorHighlight, and this week it’s Emily Sutton @emilysuttonartist 🌻 . Emily’s illustrations are so bright and colourful, they always put me in a good mood. ☀️ The books shown here are ‘One Christmas Wish’, written by Katherine Rundell (shown at the bottom) and a picture book I recently bought, ‘The Ups and Downs of the Castle Mice’, which might be my new favourite picture book. Largely because these mice live in a doll’s house, and there is a two-page illustration of the doll’s house and it is AMAZING. 🏠 . There is so much detail in the illustrations, you can spend a whole lot of time just exploring them and discovering new little things you didn’t see before.
