thoughts on jungkook's jealous tongue habit?
oh man… a long time ago in my first jikook analysis thing, i mentioned a tongue incident once and then never talked about it again lol;; (prepare for cynicism ahead jfkdsfl)
i think as more moments were pointed out i’ve come to think of it as just a habit/tick – even though it’s pretty damn suspicious that it’s nearly always related to jimin, from what little i know about tongue habits like poking at the cheek, it can indicate negative feelings (like discomfort) or even positive feelings (like pride); it depends on the person! so at this point there are a few things i consider when i see the tongue thing: when it happens by itself without other body language ‘cues’ that suggest jealousy/discomfort – like crossing the arms, pursing the lips, etc. – then for me, i think it’s possible the tongue habit isn’t related to jealousy. also, because jungkook is introverted and tends to close himself off from people when he feels uncomfortable, i attribute a bit (a lot) of the tongue habit to that too, as him displaying potentially ‘negative’ behavior in response to the social atmosphere.
…. I DONT KNOW THOUGH i guess tl;dr i’m really interested in the tongue thing but i also don’t want to overthink it??
