Lately:
120 pounds and 5′7 1/2 when I had bulimia and anorexia. To 155 pounds. The scary thing is, I didn’t even notice I had a problem back then and I was on the verge of getting smaller. It was my mother and stepdad that noticed that my skinny jeans were too baggy on me and my arms were getting smaller or that I would skip meals often. I admitted to when I ate some I did throw it up because I use to be obsessed with wanting to be really skinny. My mom had to make sure I ate and that whole process was hard because my body wasn’t use to a lot of food so I had to take slow bites and when I did my body wanted to reject it. I admit it wasn’t easy getting through it and it took some time. I am just glad I had the support from my parents and my boyfriend that I met along the way. Now I eat a bit more, I try to eat at least twice or having a snack and working out when I can to have a healthy body and I feel a lot healthier now than I did before. I am just glad they got to me before it got worse. I use to work out for about 6 hours and I do still want that tone back but at least the healthy way, not like how I was doing it before.
