Another monumental project in the books! The Missionary Training Center South Campus Expansion. Archer had the pleasure of working with the MTC Joint Venture Team; Okland Construction, Layton Construction, and Jacobsen Construction on this impressive addition to the beautiful MTC Campus. This two-year project included two new, six-story buildings totaling 540,000 sqft, enhanced outdoor space for missionary use, and a new 168,000 sqft underground parking structure. Archer installed full hydronic heating/cooling systems, glycol heating/cooling systems and a high temp vault containing 9 heat exchangers that utilize the high temp system to heat the domestic water, snow-melt and heating hot water systems.
For those interested, The Provo MTC will be hosting public open houses beginning July 31, 2017, and running through Aug. 19, 2017. The tours will operate six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
