¡Bon Bini! This was a tough one. New media and a new style to my usual. Done using Fabr-Castell Polycromos pencils on Pro-Art Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper. I really wanted the signs to stand out from the background, and I found firmly blending the background with a grey Polycromos both reduced its vibrancy and added the blur effect nicely.
