Mr. Boogedy Man
Loved this as a kid. It was part of the Sunday Night Disney thing they had on weekly during the Halloween season.
Mr. Boogedy sure knows how to make an entrance, even if he did forget to put on some moisturizer.

i've talked to the writer, the makeup fx artist, 2 actors from the film and 3 prop collectors. and NONE OF THEM remember ANYTHING about the super duper super natural third eye from Bride of Boogedy. As time goes on, hope only wanes further. Can anyone help me? anyone?
