This pillow listed is 15" long by 10" wide boasting the absolute perfect size for using as a back pillow or laying on your lap as a book rest while you read upright. the pocket fits up to approx 9" wide, thin book or 8" wide thicker book. I have gotten the filling amount to an exact science to where I've created the perfect stuffiness for using as a comfortable pillow as well as a useful book storage pillow. Each of my 3 children have their own pillow like this one, with their own personalized fabric prints, catered to their individual interests and likes!
