Earlier this year, we received an email about the Soil Association’s BOOM Awards, and we thought it was the perfect opportunity to seize the day and enter our new version of the organic Coconut Virgin Food Oil into the pantry category: Oils, Vinegars, Dressings, Chutneys, Herbs and Spices. We completed our entry and sent our product to the Soil Association. After that, it was all in the hands of the judging panel, so we all eagerly awaited the email from the Soil Association to see if we had been successful or not!
