Some experimenting going on in the Hough kitchen tonight and I think it turned out pretty daggum good. Smoked the chicken quarters on the @traegergrills with my own chicken rub. Then deep fried them to crisp the skin a little. Deep fried macaroni and cheese balls to practice for an upcoming VIP party dinner. Sliced potato fondant and mushrooms stacked with a mushroom and white wine pan sauce.
