That was a surprisingly enjoyable long run! My pacing seemed to work for me and mentally I focused on relaxing into my run and keeping it steady. So my body actually feels good! Ran 15 km with 10:1 intervals.

Running 4.5 km before I got a walking break was alright. Just found the last 1.5 km a bit of slug fest. I had to keep telling myself to remember Trish's words "try to kick your heels toward your bum when your feet start to drag." Good tip Trish! 👍🏽
Thankful for my trainer Trish Moleschi who is my angel! Kept me going on those hills and encouraged me endlessly especially when I needed it on the last 2 km. I am so grateful! 14 km at 10:1 intervals.
Ran 5.5 km with no intervals. It felt like a fairly strong run. I worked on my mental game, trying to maintain a quick and steady pace. Also trying to get back before the storm hits haha
It was a great run! Ran 4km at tempo no intervals. I think city running after running in the mountains felt easier haha
Me and Lady T after our accumulator workout with the Bootylicious Run Group #bootyliciousrungroup (at Remedy Cafe Terwillegar)
Ran 4K on the track with 3:2 intervals. Tough at first but my body got in the groove half way. 28 mins. #bootyliciousrungroup (at Servus Credit Union Place)
I love running at night! The air was fresh and cool. Ran 5km at tempo. I got a good sweat going too!
