Fubble: An Innovative Cultural Probe
‘Fubble’ is a cultural probe in the shape of a board game, that takes an innovative approach to researching the customer experience. The probe was created in response to a brief from a telecoms company, as part of my Masters in Design Ethnography.
Our team presented this idea through the medium of performance. Our puppet show tells the story of the use of the cultural probe, and how the data it collects will be of use to the client.
