Boruto Episode 9
What actually happend, while Hinata was alone at home:
Boruto 9 see’s Boruto fighting Hanabi as he wants to prove that he’d got the Byakugan, he fights once then realises that he needs to try harder, then does so and challenges Hanabi but she ultimately wins. All while Boruto realises that he might have the Byakugan. Furthermore, Naruto and Hiashi have a drink about Boruto and his state. Boruto notices his hero, Kagemasa has become fat and his next movie has been cancelled, he’s been taken over thus Sarada and Boruto must save him.
Boruto 9 begins with Boruto facing off against Hanabi, he looses the first hit then it seems like he’s not been fully training at home. Boruto moves ahead using clones to try and trick Hanabi but she quickly win,s then Boruto has to get serious as he uses all four clones but Hanabi uses her Byakugan abilities to defend against all clones, Hanabi wins.
Later they’re having some drinks and food, seems like Boruto prefers Hinata’s food in comparison. Later on, Naruto and Hiashi are having a drink, to which they discuss Boruto’s Byakugan and how it didn’t happen. Seems like Boruto might have something but it may no necessarily be the Byakugan, although something else. Naruto will have to keep an eye out.
Himawari seems to have shown her Byakugan so its likely that she will manifest it. Naruto has to get back to work, to hold up his ninja way. Boruto thinks about what he was told before, Hanabi comes by as they talk, seems like Boruto seems to be hiding something from Naruto. Seems like something big must have happened for him to talk about Byakugan. Boruto stares at the moon with no effort.
Boruto goes to get some food when he notices Sarada there too, they see the Kagamasa poster, to which it seems like it’s getting cancelled. Boruto notices something odd when a man walks with the evil aura, Boruto notices and chases, Sarada follows. This person turns out to be none other then Kagemasa, he’s not fat because of the cancelled film.
Boruto jokes but the Kagesama fights him, Boruto gets trapped when Sarada shows up. They run away for now, seems like Boruto notices the aura on him, Sarada doesn’t fully understand it, she thinks Boruto is an idiot, not a liar. They win against Kagesama, and the aura disappears. Next day, Boruto goes to school, he wants to prove with his actions. Boruto 9 ends here.
A pretty good episode, we get to see more of Hiashi and Hanabi and what they’re up to at the moment. Seems like we’ll get more of these types of the episode for a while until we can fully tell whats going on with Boruto’s eyes in next week’s Boruto 10, titled “The Ghost Incident: The Investigation Begins!”
Boruto's Eyes! Fat Hero - #Boruto 9 Boruto 9 see's Boruto fighting Hanabi as he wants to prove that he'd got the Byakugan, he fights once then realises that he needs to try harder, then does so and challenges Hanabi but she ultimately wins.
Boruto 8 was a little late on my part because I just didn’t get a lot of time to watch it, nevertheless, Boruto 8 focuses on Boruto’s dream when he met one of the Otsutsuki members as he was told that the future of the world lies within him. All while he think that the eye he posses is the Byakugan, rather it’s something new not known.
Boruto 8 seems to add some important factors to the mix in what Boruto’s eyes truly mean. The episode begins with the moon as we go straight to it, we see Toneri Otsutsuki appear as he notices two bright stars which could indicate two different people. Otsutsuki knows that someone will have the future of humanity on their shoulders.
The school kids go to watch a movie when they meet the hero of the film, Evil Jammer Kagemasa who totally impresses them, the villains are defeated and the people saved. Later they discuss the movie and how it would be in real life, they know that it’s much different. They talk about Naruto and how he’s a hero, but Boruto tells them that he’s always sleepy and useless.
Later Shikadai and Boruto talk about what they should do with the spread of this demon, Boruto tries to think of a way to solve this using his own clones, they discuss what had happened and how it was solved, but they only come up with telling Naruto about it. Boruto wants to solve this problem using his own powers. He sneaks out and goes to get some food.
Boruto even thinks that his eye is maybe the Byakugan, but he himself doesn’t want to check with Hiashi because he’s scary. Boruto later dreams of meeting Toneri Otsutsuki and how something within him will give hope to the world, something that shall help him dispel darkness in this world. Boruto wakes up and notices his eye has changed, he thinks that it’s the Byakugan.
He begins to act like Kagemasa but it doesn’t work as the others find it to be weird. Naruto is also investigating but, he thinks that someone is targeting Boruto, but they think otherwise. Naruto tries to go home but loses energy, Shikamaru has to take Naruto home, Boruto is home acting strange. Boruto reveals that he has a new power.
Naruto asks if he has stolen the forbidden scroll, to which he says that he hasn’t as that the first person who did was lame. Boruto mentions that he’s discovered the Byakugan, only when Naruto tells him that it takes a lot of training to activate it, to which what Boruto has done hasn’t come close to what is needed, even Hinata mentions this.
Boruto even goes as far as to mention that he’ll go to his grandfathers to see him. Naruto, Boruto and Himawari go to their grand father, Hiashi, who totally falls with them all over again. Hanabi also shows up. They meet up, Boruto discusses about his Byakugan, to which Boruto is challenged by Hiashi to fight him and show him. Boruto 8 ends here.
Seems like Boruto will lose hope in his Byakugan, even if it isn’t, it’s something new. Nevertheless, this episode felt quite short even when quite a bit happened. Still what do you think? Otherwise lets wait for the next Boruto 9, titled “Proof of Oneself.”
Boruto's Dream! Byakugan - #Boruto 8 Boruto 8 was a little late on my part because I just didn't get a lot of time to watch it, nevertheless, Boruto 8 focuses on Boruto's dream when he met one of the Otsutsuki members as he was told that the future of the world lies within him.
Boruto 9 follows the movie quite well in that he is capable of using Naruto’s chakra to create a pretty huge Rasengan which is used to defeat Momoshiki, who also manages to create his own massive chakra based attack. It seems like Momoshiki didn’t think things through properly and gets caught easy somewhat easily.
So Boruto 9 begins like this:
Boruto manages to create a relatively small Rasengan which he launches against Momoshiki. It seems like it disappears midway as Momoshiki is about to absorb it. He ignores it but somehow he feels the after effects as an invisible force as it hits and causes the jutsu he used to trap the others to disappear.
Momoshiki questions the attack from Boruto, this is when Boruto tells Momoshiki that the attack was something even he couldn’t see, thus was unable to absorb it. Sasuke tells Naruto that if Boruto could learn the Rasengan, he would accept him as his student.
Previously, Boruto unconsciously created and altered the nature of the Rasengan he used, which was named the disappearing Rasengan. Naruto is impressed, so is Sasuke. Momoshiki moves to a high position and creates more resources for himself, then eat them.
He seems to be getting stronger as Naruto calls Boruto over, he tells him to create it again. Boruto makes the Rasengan, then Naruto places his hands below Boruto’s. The Rasengan begins to enlarge, bigger and bigger as it gets heavier and heavier. At the same time, Boruto feels Naruto’s past feelings with Jiraiya, Kabuto, Kurama as well as Neji’s death. Even memories from Naruto vs Sasuke, as well as those shared with Minato.
Boruto’s Rasengan gets so large. Boruto looks and realises how awesome Naruto really is, to which he cries a little, he plans on not losing here. Sasuke and Boruto only have one chance. Sasuke attacks launching his sword, then swaps with it. However, Momoshiki attacks him to which the sword was already Boruto’s clone that he transformed into.
He appears and cuts Momoshi’s eye on his hand. However, Boruto gets choked here. However, out of nowhere, Boruto appears behind Momoshiki with the large Rasengan. At the same time, Momoshiki tries to attack back.
Both Rasengan and Bijuu Ball from Momoshiki collide. Boruto pushes on further even after his arm gets hurt. It somehow manages to disperse the attack from Momoshiki, then hits him head on. Furthermore, Boruto adds another spin to the technique which absolutely destroys Momoshiki.
The battle ends here as Boruto wins against Momoshiki. Sasuke notices that Boruto himself is completely different to Naruto, even his natural talent. The true essence of a ninja always remains the same, no matter how much the times themselves change. Boruto is just like Naruto. Boruto 9 ends here.
A pretty awesome chapter, seems like Boruto has finally got some respects from the other Kage’s and finally understands what Naruto has been through whilst he shared memories with Naruto when creating the Rasengan. On top of which, Sasuke will be his mentor, which is awesome in it self. Can’t wait for the next Boruto 10, which should be available end of February.
Boruto Defeats Momoshiki! Huge Rasengan - #Boruto 9 Boruto 9 follows the movie quite well in that he is capable of using Naruto's chakra to create a pretty huge Rasengan which is used to defeat Momoshiki, who also manages to create his own massive chakra based attack.
He’s finally dead!
Boruto 8 covers the Kage’s fighting against Momoshiki as he takes out most of them with a few single hits, but Naruto steps up and uses Kurama’s powers to call up the his Kurama Mode to fight against Momoshiki. Sasuke nearly faces certain death but Naruto helps out. Naruto is also given Sasuke’s Susanoo to fight against the form Momoshiki comes up with. Boruto faces a challenge when the others are in trouble.
Boruto 8 focuses:
Momoshiki transforms and releases his attack which covers everything. He attacks and quickly defeats Darui. Gaara tries to help but also gets smashed down relatively quickly.
Chojuro gets struck next, Kurotsuchi tries to attack but gets knocked out too. Sasuke and Naruto arrive to battle Momoshiki.
Naruto and Sasuke can clearly see that Momoshiki is completely different then before. Momoshiki attacks, Naruto defends, he’s forced to go into his Bijuu Mode which shakes up Momoshiki.
He gets hit in the face allowing Sasuke to attack from the back. Momoshiki unleashes his Inukai Takeru No Mikoto, it captures Sasuke but Naruto uses his Kurama Mode to cut the heads of the snakes.
Momoshiki notices that he’s finally come to play, Sasuke gets help from Naruto. Momoshiki summons his own large creature then attacks back. Kurama faces trouble here but gets some help from Sasuke and his Susanoo.
Momoshiki notices this as his creature begins to disintegrate. Kurama/Susanoo mode gets a sword and attacks, he cuts through Momoshiki’s attack. Boruto finds this to be awesome as they were able to push Momoshiki back.
The other Kage’s get back up and return. Out of nowhere, Katasuke appears and tries to attack Momoshiki, unfortunately, it gives Momoshiki the opportunity to absorb their attack.
Momoshiki gets up and uses Nara clans shadow ability to stop all from moving. Naruto is attacked to prevent his movement and chakra flow.
Boruto watches on, we see that Sasuke already told him that if they win the battle, they will win, but if they face trouble, Boruto will have to act, he will have no other choice. Sasuke believes in him, thus Boruto has got no choice but to fight! Boruto 8 ends here.
A pretty good chapter, I think it seems like it’s differentiating itself from the movie, which is good, but I just hope it turns out similar, and in a way where it can keep on going as monthly/weekly chapters. Anyways, seems like Boruto 9 might be pretty good too.
Boruto's Mission! Kage Troubled - #Boruto 8 Boruto 8 covers the Kage's fighting against Momoshiki as he takes out most of them with a few single hits, but Naruto steps up and uses Kurama's powers to call up the his Kurama Mode to fight against Momoshiki.
