So I got some shots yesterday, almost passed out from it, had a therapy appointment, overslept, and missed school today

So instead of staying home, like my depression was telling me to, I went to school and talked to the school councilor. Long story short, I'm now at the doctors getting medical help for my depression!!

O. M. G. That must have been so hard! I remember how hard it was for me the first time I got help (though everyone’s experience is different). I’m so proud of you boss bean! I hope that the help you get is super effective and you keep having wins like this and better!

Yeah true, every generation on my moms side someone's had the name Michael. Its like a family name or whatever

My little victory today was going out and seeing a movie with my mom
