I like the idea of Django sort of building up this reputation later in life of coming across as otherworldly. He gives off that vibe of being something other than human due to the way he presents himself, and the way he conducts his business. And I don't mean the way he manages the gang. It's more like how he tackles whatever job he's currently focused on getting done. Cause that boy really has this innate ability to cause all sorts of carnage and destruction. More so than one person should really be capable of.
It's why I really enjoy labeling him as a force of nature. Cause it really does fit somebody who can just come in like a hurricane and demolish the absolute hell out of everything in his vicinity. You build upon that kind of reputation and people are going to start looking at you more and more like some sort of beast instead of an actual person. And I just think that's fun!
He can still come across like a genuine human being at times, sure. But at his very core he is a fine tuned weapon. An attack dog that's been let off his leash—free to run rampant across the entire world and cause all sorts of hell.
Swear to god the next commission I get has to be Django in any of the outfits Larry Fishburne wears in Deep Cover.

1. Is your Boss's name a secret? Do some people know but not others? Do they use a pseudonym? A nickname?
So Django's name is definitely known by the lieutenants and probably a select few people—most of them being from before he started solely going by The Boss. I like to imagine he deliberately asked to have any trace of his actual identity erased from the records in order to fully immerse himself in his newfound identity and keep others from potentially harassing his family.
As for any fake names? Oh yeah. He's got a whole list. One that I've actually saved somewhere! Really dependent on the situation, lmao. But otherwise he really just uses The Boss for everything cause he's that annoying.
15. Are there any small things about them in the canon that you've really run with in your headcanon?
Oh, for sure! I've come up with some ideas from even the tiniest of details like items lying around in the Cribs, saying he's got a knack for art cause of Tagging, whatever I can get my hands on really. Though one thing I really went crazy with was that line in SR4 where Male Voice 1 talks about being scared when first joining the gang. And god, like, I could go on for ages about how genuinely nervous and out of place he felt for a bit. Cause Django has seen and dealt with gangs before—his dad's a loan shark for an Irish gang—but he's never fully immersed himself like that before!
However, it was that familiarity that kept him really engaged with what the Saints were doing, and it became apparently very easy to him that he could actually connect and identify with these people compared to how difficult it was to form connections with people outside of his family as he grew up.
