@bossofnoir liked for a starter.
{ ♞ } –— It really was quite nostalgic.
Kanto.
His home region. His childhood. His shame. Such was home to the abandoned Rocket base where he had last spotted his former boss. Perhaps it was not the greatest idea to prowl around his former shelter-- though Archer was not stupid. Attire consisting of a rather long, sleek and scarlet trench coat partnered with a simple pair of jeans, he was not completely unrecognizable-- but such was certainly better than walking around in his old Team Rocket uniform.
Yes. That would be stupid.
The urge to enter Celadon’s abandoned base felt like needles forcing waste into his veins. There was certainly no benefit to wandering throughout its halls. In fact, such would likely just result in a very wide variety of depressive emotions. Cold emotions he could no longer express-- emotions he did not want to express. Such would be weak. Feeble. Fragile.
And he was not weak.
But these precautions had failed to stop the former executive this time.
Was it a bad idea? Probably. Archer was not one to put curiosity over caution, but surely nobody would bother another if one happened to prowl around a game corner that was now closed. Though upon entering, a wave of various memories and defeats began to hit him like a very specific punch that one would only feel during a fist fight-- except Archer found himself unable to hit back.
And he was the one losing.
The corridors of the abandoned base were lined with dust and a rather large manifold of papers and utensils scattered among the hall floors. Archer’s old office even still had that coffee stain from so many years ago... He never did properly punish that grunt, did he?
Upon glancing into the various rooms, he could slowly feel his chest begin to tighten. Giovanni’s office was at the end of the hall. Was it a bad idea for Archer to visit Giovanni’s old office? Probably.
Was he going to do it anyway? Probably.
As he made his way through the halls of the now deserted base, he paused as he stood afore that office. Slowly, he placed a hand against the door in plan of opening it further. But the ever so distant sound of shuffling began to permeate the air around him. A trespasser? A lost Pokemon? Perhaps both?
The blue-haired man supposed that the only way to come to a conclusion was to find out for himself. Should it be a trespasser, he’d chase them out. Should it be a Pokemon, he wouldn’t pay much mind. A dull nervousness began to race through his veins, but Archer was easily able to push those feelings aside.
And so he pushed.

“I’m here with a message from Ringo Maxie. He wants his shirt back.”
//Dragonite is a dragon verse of your typical perfect medieval knight. Brave, strong, intelligent and all that stuff. Except he’s very easy to anger and is in the villain’s side, but he doesn’t see it like that. Anyway, like a good medieval knight, he knows how to treat ladies. And he’s flirty. However, not between Dragonairs or other Dragonites. Nor Gyarados, or any easy “prey”. Of course, the lady he chooses to flirt with is literally the worst option. As in Giovanni’s Beedrill.
Instead of courting the princess or the queen of his own side (which probably is one of Lorelei’s Pokémon?), the one who caught his interest is the enemy’s Queen. He hates Giovanni with the same burning passion as Lance does, and knows very well how Beedrill works, but he still tries and tries, because it’s fun. It doesn’t matter if they have tried to kill each other and will keep trying for the rest of their lives, in peaceful moments he always flirts with her. It’s an elegant flirting. He doesn’t write her poems because he’s a dragon, but being a human, he completely would do it.
Does he love her? Not really, it’s not a romantic interest. Nor a sexual one. Dragonite doesn’t care. He just finds her extremely interesting and, as a challenge, wants her. But besides, he actually cares about her. He’d be sad if she died, and he’s as upset as you’d expect for the way Giovanni has taught her his ideals. But he has hopes. He likes her a lot; she’s strong, powerful, very dangerous and lethal. He loves that.

Oh, look! Petrel suddenly has to be over there. Waaaaay over there. Few more miles... there.
We know how Lance feels about Lugia, but Dragonite, are you interested in her at all? She is more your type after all...
“I hold a great respect towards Lugia. She’s one of the most powerful Pokémon, a living legend and a beautiful woman. However, I feel no romantic interest toward her… I could only serve her as loyally as I can if she demanded so, but couldn’t give her my heart if she asked for it. I haven’t chosen her. I keep it for an even bigger danger… My type or not, it doesn’t really matter.”
