36: Do you ever read rp threads you aren’t involved in? What type of thread does it usually have to be to interest you?

I do! I can’t read everything, of course, but since I’m private and don’t follow that many people I am actually able to follow some of my people’s threads. What catches my interest are dramatic themes that appeal to me when I’m just scrolling down my dash. This is specifically angst or just fight scenes. 

38: Has a roleplayer ever changed your view on a character? If so, how? Good or bad? For better or for worse?

Yes, that has happened. Mainly for the better, really. A great example for this would be @cruelveined who turned my entire perception of Pansy around. I absolutely adore her slightly canon-divergent portrayal. @linkcn, too, has shaped my view on Lincoln. I’ve never quite thought about Lincoln’s internal monologue and our threads have certainly made me think more about that. It’s great to get to know characters more through the eyes of their muns and usually it’s very characteristic.

                 sweat drips from her brow and she is quick to swipe it away with the back of her hand, turning her attention towards the newly awakened commander. she recognizes that tone of disbelief, sees the way her eyes dart around with a question spoken with the expectation of an explanation.                  ❝ you’re alive now, that’s what matters. ❞                    if parker were not so drained, perhaps she’d be able to offer one better than a simple consolation and retell the tale. doctor griffin would be more able to explain.

                     Lexa lay still, not knowing what had happened or how she was alive, but she was eternally grateful to the girl who stood over her. Slowly, she began to take in the room around her, this was not where Titus had shot her, she was somewhere different, lying in a pool of her own dark blood.                           “ Thank you, I owe you my life. ”                 The words may have come across neutral and sarcastic but there was a genuine thankfulness behind her cold façade. She was alive and breathing, still able to rule as commander.
