M: ...Strega is theorized to be related to technological design thefts happening the past year or so. S.E.E.S. was made to counter and try and catch them in the act.
H: Can you be anymore exciting Mina? Well, aside from looking for Strega, we also keep watch on a new tech company, Tartarus. Mitsu thinks Strega and Tartarus are connected but, we don’t have proof.
H: We’re also assigned things that the general police can’t handle. Police Chief Ikutsuki assigns them to us himself. (He also came up with the name....)
