Veal Bourguinon made with Plains Paddock diced veal and super smoky bacon from pasture raised heritage breed pigs raised by The Gypsy Pig. Served with Spring Creek Organics pumpkin used with Schulz Organic Farms fetta in risotto and some turmeric roasted cauliflower.
With the exception of the arborio rice and the turmeric powder all the ingredients - mushrooms, garlic, wine, herbs etc - are available from Melbourne Farmers Markets.
