GEORGE BOVELL I SALUTE YOU!

Firstly I would like to start off by saying that I am very proud of George Bovell. He has made me proud to be a Trinidadian. It saddens me to see so many of our people trying to put him down because he came 7th. We should be congratulating this man for even making it to the finals, and not to mention BEATING MICHAEL PHELPS IN TEXAS PLACING FIRST, to even qualify for the finals. He is THE ONLY SWIMMER FROM TRINIDAD and he has done a tremendous job. Some of you are trying to degrade him but I don't see you guys in the Olympics. You cannot win every time, things happen. For him to even make it to the finals is a great accomplishment and I salute him. Who cares how old he is, age has nothing to do with it, and he's not that old just to point that out. Us as Trinidadians should be supporting each other and not kicking each other when we're down. I am very proud of him for making it thus far and will continue to support him always.
