I had a great bowl turning lesson today from my pal Jamie Carr. This is my third bowl, a year and a half after my first and second. It's amazing how simple, yet difficult it is! So much of the difference between success and failure can be the slightest adjustment in posture, angle of the hook or firmness of grip. It's definitely something I'd like to explore further, at least until I have replacements for all of the ceramic bowls and plates in my cupboards!
