a little life update for you all since i’ve been so inactive
i’ve decided not to return home to tokyo and am instead going to study philosophy ethics and religion in the UK!!
i got an offer from one of the top world universities a few months ago and will be going this september. theres soo many cool societies and culture stuff in the city im going to so hopefully i’ll meet some good ppl and make some good creative stuff. it’s also up north so the people are lovely
will be back to posting my photography and stuff soon but ive been working on other creative endeavours and tryna sort my life out
also i’m going to the arca XXXXX listening party in london this wednesday so lmk if any of you are going!!!

why do many gays think that twink x twink relationship is wrong and against nature? :(
because we have labels like ‘twink’ in the first place and the attached presumptions of how a person should act based on that appearance
i think it also stems from the misogynistic heteronormative perceptions that some gay people still haven’t shaken off of how a relationship should contain a masculine and a feminine, so when one person isnt explicitly the dominant “top” or the “man” of the relationship it doesn’t fit their mould - its patriarchal.
people treat “top” and “bottom” as the male and female in gay relationships, but in reality there is no set binary in same sex relationships - they are both male/men and so trying to put a binary on something where a binary doesnt exist is pointless and a waste of time - its heteronormative thinking, and doesnt apply.
at the end of the day it all stems from societal gender roles which are made up and change over time and we should do ourselves a favour and abandon them. u only live once dont waste ur life on conformative thinking
