Anybody have any quick pain relief methods for braces? My teeth hurt so much I can concentrate!

day 3

this morning i had an avocado banana smoothie (made with 1 frozen banana, half of an avocado, a cup of milk, and a tablespoon or so of honey) and pistachio pudding (without the pistachio). i have a feeling that im going to become very experimental with smoothies in the future.

Ouch.

So I didn’t sleep in wax last night as I usually have been doing and today I woke up talking like Mick Jagger. Ouch. 

This wax is seriously my lifeline. :)
