2018 Preakness contenders
Trainer Brad Cox said the plan is to race the son of Candy Ride in 2019.
The 5yo son of Candy Ride battled bravely in the stretch to hold off a hard-trying Bravazo to get the win.
He hasn’t won in a while, but what a good boy Bravazo is. The Clark was his 11th run this year and 16th overall and he’s never stopped trying and earned 5 G1 placings this year on top of his G2 Risen Star win. Plus he wasn’t half-bad getting 6th in the Kentucky Derby.
I can’t wait to see both of these boys back next year.
