This Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie will get your day off to a great start. With all the good things for you in fruits, yogurt, and oats, it's a tasty and healthy way to start the day.
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup fresh strawberries. 1/2 cup fresh orange juice. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup rolled oats. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Cut the ripe banana into slices. Clean the strawberries by removing the shells. Put the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Add the fresh orange juice. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. You can add ice cubes and blend the smoothie again if you want to change the consistency. Put the Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie in a glass and savor it!
