Content Outline of Infographic

The content will cover the 49ers and how their winds have decreased across the past 6 seasons.

The color palette will be red and blue with a tan background that will make the text visible.

The font will probably be some type of helvetica. 

I will use football related icons for the graphics.

For my snackable graphic I wanted to focus on one small aspect of the 49ers that showed how terrible they are now. I picked 2 seasons from my infographic, which had their high and low points. My infographic was about the decline on the 49ers over the years, so I thought this would illustrate that point.

I decided to use footballs because they’re simple and easy to understand. I used a background with the 49er logo so it would be easy for any football fan to identify. I put a little key at the bottom for those who would want to know the specifics. Using a bright red background prompted me to use white text. And that’s how I got my design.

My infographic is based on my favorite team, the San Francisco 49ers. Coincidentally, they also happen to be one of the worst teams in the NFL. The infographic explains why. Football is one of my favorite pastimes, so this was a fun graphic for me to make from that perspective. From the POV of a 49ers fan, it wasn’t too fun. 

I wanted to make a countdown type of infogrpahic. This shows the reasons why I think the 49ers have gone downhill, from 5 to 1. It’s like a blastoff, and ends with the line graph at the bottom which illustrated a sharp decline. I put explanations under each of the icons for those who wanted more detail. I used a tan background because it gave the graphic color but it wasn’t overbearing. I thought the other colors complimented it nicely as well.
