ok wow i'm actually really upset about this whole thing with brian. i really, truly wish that the people who made him feel that way had just thought for a second before posting whatever unkind comments first came to mind. i wish they hadn't given the fandom such a negative image. i wish brian still felt comfortable enough with us to be really active and happy on social media. but thanks to a few idiots, that's ruined. thanks, guys.

Oh I'm glad I'm not alone who's upset about Bri. Such a shame, makes me so sad. He didn't deserve that.

i think there are a lot of people who are really upset about it. the thing that blows my mind is that someone could look at a man who has been nothing but generous and kind and invested in making the world a better place and choose be so hateful to him. i feel a bit of guilt by association, but really, the people who said those things aren’t truly a part of the fandom. they don’t really care about brian and respect and admire him like we do. i just hope that we can all be on our best behavior and try to repair that broken trust.
