The MC/1 has rare Evans Pickups in it. They function well, but they're too dark, especially when split. In June or July of 1994, I ordered a Brian Moore MC/1. I was the youngest person to do so (at least at that time) after having seen a write-up about them in my local paper. They were only about 40 miles from me and I was intrigued by the guitar. It was serial number 228 and I took possession in October of 1994, just after I turned 19. In August of 2001, I sold it during an existential crisis and have never forgiven myself. Although this guitar is different, (green with a rosewood board vs natural with ebony), it is a one-of-a-kind spec and hopefully will allow me to acquire my original guitar one day. Translation: if anyone finds my original, I'd be game to trade this for it. Otherwise I'll sell this to cover the cost.
