    As an elder, Brida decided that she was tired of living alone and moved back to the family home with Uncle Haesten. She knew that she had been expected to have kids at some point, but she just never wanted them. However, Brida moving home reminded Haesten of how much he had enjoyed helping to raise her and Cnut. He decided to pursue having a child of his own.

(I had always intended for Brida to have a kid at some point, but, the more I played her, the more I realized that she would never willing do it and was too smart to have a true accidental pregnancy.)

   In Windenburg, Brida discovered a community of Free Love, where people were more open to the idea of having multiple partners. She felt like she had finally found a group of sims that understand her, unlike her more traditional parents. There she met her girlfriend, Teulia, and her boyfriend, Darin. They were the loves of her life, but they all agreed that they did not want to live together. She had the best time just living with her dogs, Freya and Sif.

Generation 8A

     My gen 8 heir was Brida Solis. She was raised with her cousin, Cnut, in a house that included her parents, Aunt Skade, and Uncle Haesten. The full house was too much for her and she dreamed of the day that she got to move out. She had a lot of anger issues and this caused her to fight with her military dad a lot. Her main inspirations in life ended up being her aunt and uncle, much to her parents’ disappointment. Skade and Haesten lived life their own way and rejected the idea of a “traditional” lifestyle. This was all that Brida wanted so she moved to a tiny one bedroom house in Windenburg. There she dedicated her days to training dogs and her nights to being in the criminal career.
