Marie let a small coy smile play across her lips as she pushed her hair back out of her face and leaned back against the wooden slats of the old cabin. By the work of she could only assume god, her family’s old cabin had been in tip top shape and completely functional. For about a week she had been wandering around it, dusting off shelves and sweeping up the floors. Of course she wasn’t used to the work, and she was sure if her Mother saw her doing it that she would have a fit. But she really didn’t care. The fridge was stocked and the pantry full, her parents still hadn’t caught on to the fact that she had her Fathers credit card still. Right in the beginning she had taken out a huge sum of cash, the naive man had never put a limit on what could be taken out. She was rolling in cash, but she was smart. She wouldn’t just waste it all on everything.
