Fragrance Review!

Okay, so. I have tried YSL-Libre and Versace-Bright Crystal, Yellow Diamond, Eros, Dylan Blue Femme.

Libre by Yves Saint Laurent:

Overall, “Libre” is a long-lasting scent. I applied one spray under my pillow and even when I changed the pillowcase, the aroma remained on my pillow. It’s just not my cup of tea. I expected more from the way the girls hyped it up. It’s a smooth lavender and orange blossom fragrance but has an undertone of root beer. Not much to talk about. Smells like a perfume a mature lady would rock.

Bright Crystal by Versace:

Out of all of the Versace samples, Imma be basic and say “Bright Crystal” is the most flattering. It’s not much of a sweet scent, mostly floral. It has a hint of roses and citrus. It’s described to have notes of pomegranate and peony. And it actually does smell like the Dove pomegranate deodorant spray. Reminds me of a sour candy, don’t know why because it doesn’t smell “sour”. (You know those squeezy, ooze tube candies? It smells like the cherry flavor) A nice introduction to luxury fragrances if you’re into body mists from places like Victoria’s Secret. It is reminiscent of “Love Spell” by VS.

I like masculine scents and believe Eros and Dylan Blue are on that spectrum. However, they remind me of a bathroom spray. Yellow Diamond is forgettable. I’m already sick of the mainstream brands.
